Technology now enables us to skip the messy life casting process. We are now able to scan a face and then 3D print it to use in our sculpture and mold making process. The scans can be printed in various sizes and can be made to look like marble, bronze , wood etc.

This Deadpool helmet was 3D printed in various sections and assembles using magnets. It has been hand painted and airbrushed to give it the weathered look.
